Boiler AOH & COH

Geo Power Projects specializes in comprehensive Annual Overhauling (AOH) and Capital Overhauling (COH) of boilers, including PFBC and high-capacity thermal units ranging from 91 MW to 800 MW. Our scope covers detailed inspection, dismantling, repair, replacement, reassembly, and commissioning support to ensure optimum thermal efficiency and operational reliability. We execute shutdown works within strict timelines, minimizing downtime and maximizing plant availability.

Burner Replacement

Our expertise includes coal burner replacement for 600 MW and 660 MW units, addressing wear, misalignment, flame instability, and combustion inefficiencies. With precision alignment, refractory restoration, and performance testing, we ensure improved combustion efficiency, reduced emissions, and extended equipment life. Every activity is carried out under stringent safety protocols and quality control systems.

Fans & APH Overhauling

We provide end-to-end overhauling services for FD, ID, and PA fans, along with Air Preheaters (APH & RAPH) in thermal power plants. Our services include rotor inspection, bearing replacement, blade rectification, dynamic balancing, shaft alignment, seal replacement, and vibration analysis to restore operational efficiency and reliability.

CHP & AHP Works

Geo Power Projects delivers specialized services in Coal Handling Plant (CHP) and Ash Handling Plant (AHP) systems. Our scope includes conveyor belt repairs, idler and roller replacement, structural rectifications, piping erection, silo balance works, and preventive maintenance to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
